This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had. For a property that claims to be 5-star, Grand Mercure Ahmedabad Gift City completely failed on every front. • Rooms: Dirty, poorly maintained, and towels looked so old and unhygienic that I didn’t even feel like using them. Essentials were missing and the overall upkeep of the room was pathetic. • Food: Absolutely terrible. The food had an unpleasant smell, tasted below average, and was nowhere near the standard they claim. For the price they charge, it felt like a complete scam. • Cleanliness: The hotel seriously lacks proper cleanliness and hygiene. Even common areas did not feel fresh or well maintained. This hotel is overpriced, overrated, and nowhere close to 5-star standards. I regret staying here and would strongly advise others to look at better options in Ahmedabad.

I like the hotel but I Believe compare to other accor property. Like Novotel the overall breakfast and dinner menu was nice but this was okay..
